By creating an account, subscribing, making a purchase, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Divine Chant Pro is a spiritual and devotional companion app offering guided mantra chanting, deity information, spiritual progress tracking, community features, an optional Divine Store for devotional merchandise, and premium subscription plans.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.
Certain features, premium plans, donations/seva contributions, and store products require payment. All payments made within the App are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms. In summary, amounts once paid for subscriptions, seva/donations, or digital content are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or offensive content, or use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law or disrespects the devotional nature of the community.
All content, branding, deity artwork, mantra recordings, and software within the App are the property of BizVive AI Tech Pro or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content without written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BizVive AI Tech Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

BizVive AI Tech Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates Divine Chant Pro (divinechant.online). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
We may collect: (a) account details such as name, phone number, email, and gender; (b) spiritual preference data such as chosen deity, chanting goals, and progress history; (c) payment-related metadata (transaction ID, amount, status) — note that full card/UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay and never touch our servers; (d) device and usage data such as app version, log data, and crash reports; and (e) content you voluntarily submit, such as community posts.
We use collected information to provide and improve the App, process payments and subscriptions, send reminders and notifications, personalize your spiritual journey, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection and is subject to Razorpay's own privacy and security practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Razorpay for payments, hosting providers, and notification services) strictly to operate the App, or where required by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your account data at any time via the App's Export Data option or by contacting us at .
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified within the App.
By making any payment through Divine Chant Pro — whether for a subscription plan, a one-time seva/donation offering, premium features, or digital content — you acknowledge and agree that the amount paid is non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed via Razorpay, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by BizVive AI Tech Pro.
You may cancel an active or recurring subscription at any time from the App's Settings to stop future billing cycles. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid for the current or previous billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.
In the rare event that a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails to reflect in the App (a technical/duplicate charge, not a change of mind), please contact us at within 7 days with your transaction ID. Such cases will be investigated with Razorpay, and any amount confirmed as an erroneous duplicate/failed-but-debited charge will be corrected at our sole discretion — this is not a discretionary refund for change of mind, but a correction of a genuine payment gateway error.

Premium subscriptions, seva/donation acknowledgements, and other digital features within Divine Chant Pro are delivered instantly and electronically to your account upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. No physical shipping is involved for digital items.
For physical devotional products purchased through the Divine Store, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days within India, depending on your location and courier serviceability, and may vary for remote areas.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout prior to payment and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared via the App or email so you can monitor delivery status.
BizVive AI Tech Pro is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, regional restrictions, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
